Shopping Centers
For over 30 years Maali Enterprises and partners owned, developed and operated multiple commercial real properties including a 50,000 SF shopping center in Orlando with tenants such as Tony Roma’s, Bar Louie, Ponderosa Steakhouse, CiCi’s Pizza, and Bargain World gift shop; a 60,000 SF property with Friday’s Front Row Sports Bar and Italiano’s restaurant as tenants among others; a 240,000 SF shopping center with tenants including Publix Supermarket, Seasons 52, Bone Fish, Roy’s restaurant and Starbucks; and a 57,000 SF property with tenants including Walgreens, Orlando Ale House and Ponderosa Steakhouse.
Other Properties
Maali Enterprises and partners own and operate a 51-unit multi-family townhome property in Dolton (Chicago), IL; a Super Wal-Mart shadow-anchored outparcel strip center in Orlando containing 8,000 square feet with Dunkin Donuts, Jersey Mike’s Subs, Bubbakoo’s Burritos and Nestico’s as tenants; a Miller’s Alehouse single tenant net lease property on International Drive in Orlando; Woodcrest Center shopping center in Clermont, FL, which owns 7.6 acres on US Highway 27 and leases a parcel to an Asian seafood restaurant; and 4 vacant commercial properties in Orlando and Clermont (one of which is currently being developed into a strip center containing 7,000 square foot building and ice cream kiosk).

Unique to our ability to develop a market, and manage national and regional franchised restaurants, is our long-established successful experience, our in depth and experienced management and organizational structure, the financial stability of our group of companies, and our commitment to customer service and high standards of operational excellence. We have the ability to identify, negotiate, acquire and develop prime commercial properties in our market by using either our own existing improved and vacant properties or through those properties of our long time business partners, with the ability then to own and operate our businesses on these properties.
